What information do we collect?
All the information we collect are strictly used for the specified purposes. The information we collect are the following:
As is true of most other mobile Applications, U-INVEST App collects and stores certain information for users to be able to use and benefit from the application. The information collected are voluntarily given by users and are: Mobile phone numbers and profile pictures (in the multiple player mode). In addition, the app automatically collects personal information which includes user location, device characteristics, user mobile telecommunication company, and other usage information.
Unless otherwise specified, the information collected automatically by the application is strictly used to help us improve the application and better suit our users’ needs.
We also use Google analytics to help us monitor user trends and decide accordingly i.e. NextGenFL has a legitimate interest in understanding how users, customers and potential customers use U-INVEST App. This strongly helps in providing more relevant products and services, with communicating value to our sponsors and with providing appropriate staffing to meet user and customer needs.
- a) Personal identification
User mobile phone numbers, name, email and profile picture are collected when users register to use the application.
- b) Mobile survey
We also correct user information and feedback when conducting surveys related to the trend and use of the application. Here we can customize the survey to fit the its purpose but the information collected strictly fall into the demographic information (Age, location, gender, education, Marriage status and the like).

U-Invest App collects the above personal data information for the use of the following:
- personalization of content, business information or user experience
- account set up and administration
- delivering marketing and events communication
- carrying out surveys and polls
- internal research and development purposes

Personal data processing is governed by the Nigerian Law; the law explains how personal data are collected, stored and shared.

At NextGenFL, we take seriously your personal data information and it is our responsibility to make sure your data is protected against loss, destruction or disclose in any way. Your personal data is strictly and precisely used for the very purpose intended for. Your data might however, be shared or disclosed to the following:
- a) For NextGenFl Business operations b) Third parties such as security agencies if deemed right and for security purposes and general wellbeing of the country.
Where do we store and process personal data?
The data NextGenFL collects from you is stored in one or more databases hosted on a Uplus Mutual Partners Server, a company registered and operating in Rwanda. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval.
NextGenFL doesn’t transfer personal information outside Rwanda. But it deemed appropriate i.e. in ways that can not violate user rights, the personal information can be transferred.
How do we secure personal data?
To help protect the privacy of data and personally identifiable information you transmit through use of U-Invest App, we maintain physical, technical and administrative safeguards. We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis. We restrict access to your personal data to those employees who need to know that information to provide benefits or services to you. In addition, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. We commit to taking appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our employees’ privacy responsibilities.

NextGenFL keeps your data information in all the whole period of operation for the U-Invest mobile application.
